Upon completing this registration form and clicking the ‘save’ button at the end, an “info packet” (specific to the Lenses Institute for which you registered) will be sent to the email address you provide below. Please read the entire email thoroughly. Regardless of when your Lenses Institute takes place, there are details, possibly a short assignment, and/or important travel information the Lenses host team needs to communicate to you.
As usual, each Lenses Institute takes place from 3:00pm Tuesday through noon on Saturday. However, please consult ‘Travel Info’ under the Locations tab for arrival and departure times relative to each host city. (http://lensesinstitute.com/flight-info/)

Note: When a location does not appear in the drop-down menu below, the Lenses Institute hosted in that city is at capacity and registration for that location is closed. Please choose another location to attend a Lenses Institute.
A $200 deposit will be transferred a week after registration.
*Each Lenses Institute is comprised of a small cohort of staff, so the number attending is important. If someone must cancel a registration, that person will forfeit the $200 registration deposit. However, if a staff member cancels, but “replaces” him- or herself with another registrant for that Institute, the deposit will be refunded.
*Emergencies affecting attendance will be taken into consideration.
